For international payment transactions and making payments to EU countries you should specify:

Payment transaction and payment towards EU member countries up to the amount of 50.000,00 EUR
(Instruction for implementation of Decision on terms and method of performing international payment transactions, article 25)
Order for payment to a user residing in EU member state in the amount up to 50.000,00 EUR which is received by the bank within period provided for reception of orders will be process by the bank on the same day and will be sent to correspondent bank abroad. Account of the bank in correspondent bank will be debited with valued date specified in SWIFT message.
Correspondent bank will make its best effort to transfer funds to user’s bank with value date up to two business days from the date of order reception. User’s bank will approve user’s account in accordance with its business policies and rules on execution of received orders (cut-off time). .
All orders received by the bank outside of the period provided for order reception will be processed on the next business day and in the abovementioned way. Payment transactions and payment orders towardsEU non-member countries are executed in the same way, but user’s account will be approved in accordance with regulations of the particular country or particular bank.
The bank charges an advance fee for international payment services, in accordance with applicable Tariff of fees for payment transaction services, not including the foreign banks’ expenses. If the ordering party selects OUR as the option for foreign banks’ expenses, it shall bear all costs and will be charged for actual expenses after correspondent bank’s debit is received.
If payment is made in a currency which differs from currency present on the foreign currency account, the bank will convert the amount according to its buying and selling exchange rate.
In case of disagreement or if liabilities and receivables related to international payment are contested, the bank will examine the issue based on its written description and inform the client on possible causes and measures taken to resolve the complaint.
